This jacket is so beautiful. Velvet (most likely cotton velvet), mandarin collar, domed buttons and the most fabulous bead work and applique on the waist. Lovely condition - the only thing to note is that one of the button loops is missing - quite an easy fix if you have a small piece of black cord.
