Lovely vintage style tiered and frilled net petticoat, designed to create loads of volume under your skirt or dress. The top is a spandex stretchy material with an elasticated waist which stretches from 60cm (23.6”) up to 90cm (35.4”). There is a separate layer of polyester to prevent the net scratching your legs when worn. The length is 62cm (24”) but the top material element can be turned up to shorten it.
