Eye catching figure hugging sapphire/cobalt blue dress with a cinched wrap waist that flows seamlessly into a fluted skirt and finished with a subtle dip hem fishtail, this dress is both elegant and striking. The luxurious embellished high collar that descends down over the cap sleeves and neckline again elongates the body and draws the eye in. The blue on some of the beading around the neck has worn off (see pics 2 and 3) hence why item is described as in "good" condition, rather than very good, but otherwise beautiful dress, worn once and has been dry cleaned.
