This wonderful authentic vintage skirt in a very pretty folk stripey print is fully lined. It has a 1” deep elasticated waist, making it easy to adjust to smaller or bigger size. It has a black fabric belt and belt loops. It has lots of cotton fabric so it hangs in lovely soft gathers. Colour is black, khaki, red with tiny white flowers. Label says size 16.
