Fab vintage midi dress by Windsmoor. I’m guessing it’s probably 1970s but could be 1960s. Still has its original belt with it. I’ve put it as a size 14 but please check measurements. Approx measurements when laid flat: 21” pit to pit 17” waist 43” length shoulder to hem. Long sleeves, back zip fastening. Unlined. One slight pull in fabric at front skirt area (please see pic) but otherwise in good condition.
