Vintage Big Bad Wolf Felt Plush 9" Three Little Pigs Dream Pets Baps Germany

I'm not sure who this little guy is. He looks pretty old, like I would guess 70's or earlier. He kind of reminds me of a Dakin Dream Pet or one of the Baps dolls from Germany, but I haven't been able to precisely ID him. He's made from felt and I think he's supposed to be a wolf? He's about 9" tall and has bendable arms and legs. No tags on him but he's pretty well-made so I don't think he's home-made, but I may be wrong. He is missing one shoe but I think he still has the rest of his clothing. The yellow felt scarf around his neck has some rips and wear, and he may be missing a few of his teeth along the front (but I'm not sure about this), but otherwise everything looks pretty good to me, especially considering his age.
