A RARE FIND!
Nice antique original piece of ephemera for the collector of items relating to Niagara Falls or Shredded Wheat. It was published as a tourist pamphlet by the Shredded Wheat Company for visitors to "America's greatest cataract with a description of the points of interest in a region of scenic grandeur and beauty." The first part of the book has text and images devoted to Niagara Falls, while the later part of the book focuses on the manufacturing facility where shredded wheat was made. At the back there are several nicely done color images along with a number of shredded wheat recipes.
