True vintage, made in USA in the 1980s. Exceptional quality, plush and shimmery velvet in a deep emerald green. Very House Slytherin! The top features a twirled, textured velvet "blazer" style that is attached to the piece, with a smooth, cascading skirt that flows down in a draped shift. Absolutely gorgeous.
