This green and gold fish ashtray is rare do to fact that it is singed with an embossed marking underneath it, as well it having the leaf in its mouth. Most of the listed fish ashtrays of this kind do not have both.
Also, the underside of the base portion is covered with the same gold shade of paint covering its body. Most fish ashtrays that I have seen listed have a white, unpainted bottom.
This fish that I have listed does have a chip on its tail. I have considered painting over it to cover it, but I felt it was best to leave it as I found it. You will notice in my added photos that I show how big the chip is.
The person I got it from suggested using Iirradescent nail polish or powder. Perhaps you can try that.
