Lovely handmade maxi skirt made out of vintage Hawaiian crepe fabric often called barkcloth because of the texture. This kind of fabric was wildly popular from the 1950's-1970's, made mostly in Hawaii or Japan & is still unmatched today for color saturation. The pattern is a large-scale stylized floral with paisleys in in neon colors of fuchsia pink, plum & amethyst purple, cobalt & turquoise blue, lime & emerald green & black. It's truly wild! Skirt has a fixed waistband closing with snaps & zipper - it has a cute little sash that hangs over the zipper! Excellent vintage condition.
