Please be aware that it has been stitched together on one side so depending on how you want to use the fabric that may need to be removed with a seam ripper
Measurements with the stitching removed are approximately 48x41”, so that 48” is about the most length you would be able to get out of this
This is priced higher as it is the most premium fabric I have found from this designer
