Rare Black and Tan Dachshund from Beswick, England. This is a large figurine, measuring 8.5" long, 5.5" tall and 2.5" wide. It weighs 12.5 ounces. It was hand painted in the 1940s. The figure was manufactured from 1936-2002. This one dates from the earlier part of the productions due to the light crazing on it's belly. It is model #361. It is stamped Beswick on the bottom of the paws. A true collectible for any Dachshund fan! It is in excellent, vintage condition with no chips or damage.
