This is a gold heart pendant necklace featuring a single, round-cut stone, likely a diamond or cubic zirconia, held by six prongs in the center of an open heart frame. The design is a classic and popular style for heart jewelry.
The metal is most commonly yellow gold 8k on the pendant the chain 18” long is gold tone.
The center stone is a cubic zirconia.
The necklace strongly resembles the "Scrouples Vida Hjertevedhæng" (Heart Pendant) which is available in 8 karat gold with a 0.03ct diamond but is not stamped that I can find. From an estate sale in excellent vintage condition.
