Vintage porcelain screw back earrings featuring classic blue and white Delft-style windmill scenes. Each domed porcelain cabochon displays a traditional Dutch landscape motif with windmill detail. The backs are silver tone screw back fittings, suitable for non-pierced ears.
The earrings measure approximately 5/8" in diameter. Marked partially on the reverse as Delft Holland.
Circa 1940-1960s.
Very good vintage condition. There is minor age-related crazing to the porcelain glaze, consistent with vintage porcelain. On one earring, a small area of the silver tone mounting appears to press through slightly at the center, as shown in photos. The hardware remains secure. Please see all photos for details.
