I can not find a material content tag but this appears to be wool or wool blend and is fully lined with a navy blue satin like material.
This is a single breasted design with 2 gold tone signed buttons, the sleeves also have 2 gold tone signed accent buttons.
2 front hip pockets
1 front left breast pocket
And 1 inside right breast pocket where you will find an identification label that reads:

And behind that a Union Made tag that dates this piece to most likely be made in the 1970’s when people took pride in their workmanship and it shows with this piece.
