Three-time Grammy-nominated duo ODESZA have teamed up with executive producer Ben Stiller to extend the world of his hit Apple TV+ show Severance across a new 7-track EP, entitled Music To Refine To: A Remix Companion to Severance adding their unique signature to the unmistakable sounds of Theodore Shapiros Emmy Award-winning compositions.
The vinyl release will find the 7 track continuous mix appear on both the A and B sides of the record, playing into the looping nature of the original upload.
When Apple reached out to us to remix the Severance score in January we were so ecstatic to play with the themes and atmosphere of the show, explain ODESZA. We are huge fans of the series and it was an absolute honor working with the original score by Theodore Shapiro.
