This is a Mad Ball KO Made by Mel Appel in 1986 of the character Sewer Face as a rip off of the Mad Ball popularity for the Wierd Balls toy line.
Condition is used Fair, Ball is dry and not spongy and there is wear throughout the figure mostly on the bottom of the face. This character has an odd profile making the wear less obvious. Great placeholder as it displays pretty well. Check photos for specifics and ask any questions before purchasing.
