Beautiful little plate, signed by unknown artist and I believe the date is 2000. The protective plastic wrap was seemingly placed before the black paint was completely dry, as it appears smudged a little. Plastic is coming loose on one side as you can see in the photos, but has kept the plate clean and dust free while in storage. Back stamp is a drawing of a buffalo with the word buffalo underneath and the number 9903A. I have no idea what maker that is or what it signifies.
