This piece is so cool! Perfect for spring and summer. I think she's vintage from the 90s or early 2000s y2k. 3 button placket front. Sleeveless. I think she's a dress but maybe also a tunic top blouse - depends on how you want to wear it. Pretty floral artsy watercolor style esque with funky eclectic mixed pattern stripe like areas near bottom. Great for reaort, resortwear, vacation, travel. Deep slits of vents on the side. Lined. Shell: 100% rayon. Lining: 100% polyester. Brand is Mix Noveau. Still has dry cleaning tag on from last time it was dry cleaned. Sort of like a straight boxy shift sort of fit. Tagged size extra large xl. Worn a decent amount, has some flaws - general wear, maybe some pulled threads, worn stitching around sleeves- kinda coming undone and frayed (see pics). Good to fair used vtg condition; GUC; FUC.
