Lovely, flowy black dress, sleeveless with flowy material that covers shoulders. (4th picture shows sleeveless part with overlay pulled up.)
The neckline is elasticized and can be worn on shoulders or off shoulders. The material is lightweight, sheer, black with tiny black Swiss dots. The dress is fully lined, has an elastic waist with a thin tie that is stitched into the dress so it cannot be lost. The flowy skirt has 4 tiers.
I wore this dress one time and it has been stored in a closet since then. It is in great pre-owned condition.
This dress is flattering and feels amazing to wear!
Measurements: 18" pit to pit lying flat, elastic waistband is about 12.5" across unstretched lying flat and stretches to at least 18.5-19", from elastic neckline to bottom hem is about 50".
