Please look at the pictures carefully. I made sure to include each angle so you can see how the inner gold frame is lifting somewhat from the white part of the frame.
This could be an antique but I don't have any idea when it was manufactured. It's very old. The frame dips down and then domes above the picture. I believe all components are plastic aside from the cardboard backing.The outer edge of the gold frame has little tiny pins inserted into the cardboard to hold it all together. If you know about what time they used this type of framing you'll be able to decide approximately the date of production.
Note the small Crack from gold to gold at the lower right corner.
