In great used condition, appears barely worn. Was hand washed and shape dried. Hat is white with navy blue accents and green underside of bill. Snaps and bill are in great shape.
Vetrock 99 was a music festival that took place in Bucks County, Pennsylvania benefiting Veterans. It was about a month before Woodstock 99 took place so I assume they were riding that hype train.
