In excellent condition. The back of the frame has a velvet fabric that is wrinkled, but no other condition or age to note.
It is a hand painted broken down windmill surounded by flowers and has a water trough at the base. It is painted on porcelain that I believe was done in the 70s or 80s. It is signed "Paula". The piece has a country days gone by feel and would look great in farmhouse or primitive decor theme.
