There are many inaccurate stories about Loki written in Mythology or by other humans. My favorite phrase to bring to people's attention is "History was written by the Victor." Like other Deities Loki's story was altered to make him seem evil or bad guy. Loki is everything but evil. He is tricky and chaotic but will not harm those who are undeserving and he doesn't do things to others with out great importance or reason. Loki resides in Niflheim attending to his followers and the calls of other gods but always ready to perform his next trick or aid Asgard. Loki is said to have made the fishnet for Norsemen giving them their way of nourishment.
