This is a fine piece of folk art at it best. Lucky to still be here..
Someone was creating little men like this to sell to the fools getting of the boats needing souvenirs and, of course they wanted to haggle over the price. So this one is the perfect Self image of his self. So I am naming him The Haggler
Back to condition he has some fading on his clothes and the, stain on the back of his shirt is where the pin was that held the tag that said when he was from.
