This is a large, lightweight pen holder from Tokyo Slider.
Tokyo Slider pen holders are well-designed for various uses and are known for their balance and weight characteristics.

Compatibility has been confirmed with G-pens, Kabura pens, calligraphy nibs, and nibs from fountain pens I own. Not compatible with Maru pens.
