This is the Tokyo Slider Twin Nib Pen Holder SL2011.

It features the ability to insert two different types of nibs on either end. It has a unique hexagonal shaft. One end is for standard nibs, and the other end is for round nibs.
Also, it is popular for fine writing purposes due to its light weight, short length, and small size.

Compatibility has been confirmed with G-pens, Tama pens, calligraphy nibs, and nibs from fountain pens that I own.
If you want to use standard nibs on both ends, please use the Tokyo Slider SL1614, which is also on sale.
