This piece was part of my old Luxor Hotel line - 20ish years old - never worn and it's a big one measuring 2.25 inches wide and tall. Pave set rhinestone crystals and jet black enameling over a high polished gold plate. 3 dangling little tassels from the saddle. Very nice.
