Considering the label design this is an item produced in the 70s.
It is a beige vest with a quilted design on the front. The sides and collar feature a different, textured pattern. It has a full metal zipper down the front and two metal zippered pockets. The vest is sleeveless.
There is only a 3 inch spot inside the vest where the stitching came undone. Please see pictures.
