Romeo's Cocktail Ink 2001 Limited Christmas Special "Ever Green".
This was purchased around 2000-2002 at the Romeo ink specialty store in IKSPIARI, Chiba Prefecture, which was run by Ginza Ito-ya.
There is no box, only the ink bottle as shown in the image.
