it's new and I had to undo it from in box to see if it worked/ The batteries were corroded as well as compartment/ I put NEW batteries in and it works fine even though compartment corroded/ The finger NAIL tips have sparkles/GLITTER MISSING flickers only when you push button in ON position and also flickers when you push button while in SENSOR mode/ if you wave sensor it works/ it doesnt stay on continually /no sound or movements/ SEE PICTURES AS PART OF DESCRIPTION/ BATTERIES ARE NOT INCLUDED/compartment is corroded but works
