Here we have a 19340's/1950's Mexican pottery bowl.
It is from the village of Patamban in the state of Michoacán, known for its green glazed redware.
Made by the Tarascan people of this region.
Fired in a kiln which is a hole dig in the earth.

The bowl measures 9" wide handle to handle in an oval shape.
The bowl and the handles are entirely hand crafted and hand painted.
It is a wonderful piece of rustic folk art craftsmanship from the period.

It is 6” wide from side to side and 3” tall.
There is a raised lip that bowl sits on with an indent in base.
