Hair receiver a vintage Nippon porcelain hair receiver

A vintage Nippon porcelain hair receiver. It is beautifully decorated with blue green ruffled edges pink flowers, dark burgundy roses and green leaves accented with gold gilding. The pink flowers have raised white dots in the center of each flower. It’s very clean. It was used in the Victorian era by women who took their hair putting it in the receiver and used it to make pillows and other items. It has raised moriage decorations. It measures 2 1/2 inches tall and 2 inches deep. The opening of the bowl is 3 1/2 inches in diameter. The bowl measures 13 1/4 inches in diameter. The opening on the top is 1 inch in diameter. It’s in perfect condition no cracks no breaks no scratches.
