The House on Top was created by David Winter in 1982 and retired in 1988. Hand made and hand painted in the Studios & Workshops of John Hine Ltd. Hampshire, Great Britain.
This piece was pre-owned and was displayed and stored in a smoke free home for nearly four decades.
The cottage is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks and also includes a COA and the Original Box that shows some wear.
