Pre-loved. Please be aware of a couple of issues with the figures. The drummer guy is missing one of the drumsticks, which could be replaced. The girl has a chip in her large collar, a tiny chip on top of her shoe, and a chip on the bottom back of the figurine. Also a small chip on the bottom edge of her skirt.
