Nice pewter and enamel brooch signed on back RITZ and pewter. This is a nevklace pendant AND OR a brooch pin too! It has a bail on back to put a chain on. It's big enough to hold a nice size or a more delicate chain, would be pretty with a 925 sterling chain necklace. Or just wear this as a brooch. This has a black enamel of an artsy abstract face. Very whimsy kitchy kitch.
