This is the 2013 Hallmark Keepsake Ornament: Pigpen Builds A Snowman. He is a much loved character that is not seen a lot. But he is making a comeback.
Downsizing a lot of my collections that I have had for many years. A lot of them have been in storage all this time unused. This is one of them.

Ornament:
-This is the first time taking it out of the box and to take its pictures.
-He looks dirty all over. That's Pigpen for you.
