This listing is for a NOS Pierre Cardin silk scarf. The scarf came from a ritzy estate sale along with some other scarves still carrying their store tags. However, since some of the information on the tags (both cloth and paper) is in Chinese (?) characters, I can't quite vouch for the authenticity of this scarf. I imagine this scarf was bought during travels, but I do not have information verifying this. Hence, the price of this piece. Even if it is not authentic, it still is a lovely all silk scarf. :-)
The scarf measures 31" sq. I do love the the intensely ornate paisley pattern in classic black and white color combination enhanced by purple accents. The silk is relatively fine and drapes quite beautifully.
