I got this item at an auction and it has a couple of bags that were open but it looks like all pieces are still in box. Some pieces are still in sealed bags. The bottom of box is smashed in some but it doesn't affect the inside pieces. Comes with instructions, track pieces, cars, motor, rods and connectors.
