I made this adorable feline necklace from a vintage Pam Ice out of Morgantown, West Virginia. This button was a cute hand painted on fabric button, I sealed the button to protect it then I made fringe with beads and crystals, I handmade the necklace as well. The necklace is 20” long with the 3 3/4” long fringe.
