This is a Quite Large Natural Oregon Opal Pendant in Merlin's Gold! This Oregon Opal Pendant measures 1.5" in length x .9" at its widest point x .6" in width.

Oregon Opal is found in a remote site in Oregon, where it was accidentally discovered by a shepherd over 100 years ago. It was originally marketed by Tiffany's and was avidly sought at the turn of the last century.
While other Opals are related to the Water element, Oregon Opal is related to the fire element, and so encourages one to transmute any negativity what one may encounter into useful energy that can be utilized in a positive way.
Merlin's Gold Bronze has been used throughout the centuries for sculptures lasting centuries and for personal adornment and is called Gold because of the color and also because of the durability.
