Ceci Kid U.S.A. size 14 youth girl's special occassion dress. Actual color is a beautiful teal blue (could not capture right lighting) not mint green. Style design is flared & layered to that of a flower. 2 attached shoulder straps. Sequined rhinestone front detailing. Removable pin rose design. Zippered back & wide tie ribbon straps. Material looks like tulle (shear) w/lining underneath, says 100% polyester. Measurements are approx.: 15½" across & 37" in length including shoulder straps.
