This is a Christian Lacroix notebook, "Papier."
It's a series of notebooks like art books, expressing inspiration from a wide variety of things and letting the senses guide the expression.
This particular notebook is the most luxurious one, featuring "ROME MUMBAI RIO DE JANEIRO MEXICO CITY LOS ANGELES."
Inside the sturdy hardcover notebook, there are pop-up art pages in 5 places, which have various gimmicks that pop out or change, as shown in images 7, 8, and 16-18.
