This lighted Heartwood Creek Homestead House #4021337 village piece by Artist Jim Shore is in very nice preowned condition. See all lit and unlit photos.
The only flaw I could find on the building itself is one of the blue stained glass windows has some scratches in it that are noticeable when the house is lit. Please see photo #9. Also, the outside of the box cover has a few paint splatters on the box., which in no way detracts from the actual art piece. See photo #12. Building, electric cord and light bulb included. Original Price $85.00.
