You're looking at an amazing pair of vintage jeans by Branded Lion.
These medium blue denim jeans - I believe from the 1970s - feature an ultra high rise waist and cool contrast side panels with subtle pinstripe pattern. Stiff, non-stretch 100% cotton denim with cotton/poly panels. Cut raw hem; cropped. Made in Korea.

*these are marked a 33, but like a lot of vintage pieces, they run small by modern standards. I believe they would best fit about a size 29/30. Please note that they have NO stretch/give- and see measurements below to ensure fit:
