EUC- this bag actually lookes unused as both the shoulder strap and long strap are immaculate but unfortunately there are some light marks on the outside and some moderately dark and large at the bottom of the inside liner (ballpoint pen? Please see pics); still not bad for a white bag!!! Marks may lighten with further cleaning. This bag is HUGE! Can fit a TON of stuff in it!
