Large Interesting Looking Rock believed to be Rare Tiger Iron/Magnetic

This interesting rock was another of my grandfather's finds while he was working as a geologist for Shell Oil, years ago. I inherited many of his findings, which unfortunately I don't know nearly enough about. I'm trying to do some downsizing, so I've been listing some of my collectible type items, including some of my grandfather's rock & fossil findings. This rock's weight & appearance suggests it might actually be Tiger Iron. It is also magnetic. It measures approximately 8 x 6 x 2 inches & probably weighs around 6 lbs. Upon researching it, I discovered that Tiger iron is considered fairly rare & is about 2 & 1/2 billion years old. It's compressed layers of golden tiger's eye, shimmering silver-black hematite, striking red jasper and the oldest of all fossils, algae-derived stromatolite." It is also considered a semi precious gemstone!
