I've had this framed and displayed for 15 to 20 years.
It was glued into the frame, but the glue has deteriorated, and it doesn't seem difficult to take the puzzle apart.
The back of the pieces has yellowed, and there's a yellowed line of about 7-8mm along the edges of the completed puzzle.
It's currently stored in the frame, and I will disassemble it and ship it after purchase is confirmed.
