100% cotton. Dry clean. Back zip. Puffy sleeves. The skirt is gathered just above the knee and poofs out with netting. The union label tag helps date it from 1975-92 but going by the style I would say 1980's. It is marked a size 8 but fits me and I wear a 4. It measures:
49" long
Laying flat seam to seam:
18" across under the arms
16 1/2" at the waist
19 1/2 at the hips
It in very nice condition. No fabric wear or issues. There is a very slight yellowing under the arms on the inside of the fabric ONLY (last photo). Nothing on the outside.
