This is a set of two tiny Art Deco plug-in nights, they are the GE building in New york. When I plug them in one works great, the other one flashed as I plugged it in so it may have gone out just now. LOL there is also a possibility you could get it and jiggle it and make it work, but no guarantees. These super cool night lights plug directly into the outlet and shine a bright orange. If you're looking for something unique and quite rare don't pass these up because I've yet to see another set like them.
